The Atlantic is beginning to heat up as we move through August. [Tropical Storm Fred](https://firsthandweather.com/tropical-storm-fred-forms-in-the-caribbean/) formed in the Caribbean Tuesday night, and now there is another tropical wave that has a medium chance to develop into a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm.

Active Atlantic, another tropical wave may develop into a Tropical Storm
