A low pressure off the coast of the Carolinas has a medium chance to develop over the weekend into a subtropical or tropical depression or storm. The low pressure has started to slowly gather strength and organization over the past 24 hours. Regardless, impacts are possible for the Carolinas. See the expected impacts here.
